Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Hospitality Worker III to support front desk and guest services. You will schedule daily guest services tasks, assist guests, and handle reservations with a focus on exceptional service.

The role may involve leading a team and ensuring smooth operations across the guest services function. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing bookings, operating POS software, handling calls and emails, and maintaining a positive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to the guest services team and oversees task completion.
• Trains and guides guest service staff on duties, customer service, systems and procedures.
• Greet guests and provide customer service while anticipating needs.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
