Peachtree Group is hiring a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor to blend evening front desk service with weekend overnight audit duties. You’ll welcome guests, handle reservations and payments, respond to guest concerns, and complete nightly audits accurately.

The role requires flexibility for four shifts, strong customer service, solid computer skills, and the ability to balance accounts while maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Competenze

• At least one year of guest-service experience in hospitality.
• Computer proficiency and comfortable handling payments.
• Clear communication, listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay professional under pressure.
• Dependable attendance and availability for evening and overnight shifts.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.

Mansioni

• Welcome guests and complete check-ins and checkouts.
• Make reservations and answer questions about the hotel and local area.
• Verify payment information and process transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reports.
• Coordinate with departments and communicate with management.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and welcoming.
