Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash and credit card procedures.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Knowledge of hotel layout and amenities offered.
• Knowledge of local area, businesses and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit cards.
• Ensure day-use rooms are listed as dirty for housekeeping.
• Explain promotional items to guests checking in.
• Explain hotel amenities such as free breakfast, spa, fitness center, voicemail, etc.
• Document new commercial customer check-ins for potential accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Cover other duties as assigned.
