Responsabilités

• Maintain all areas of the front desk, keeping them clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Complete daily checklist and resolve billing issues.
• Ensure rooms are marked dirty in the system for housekeeping.
