Job summary

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations during the overnight shift. You will balance daily revenue and PMS reports, handle check-ins/outs, respond to requests, and maintain accuracy across the guest ledger and restaurant summaries.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in guest services, and familiarity with hotel systems (OPERA, OnQ).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience as a Guest Services Agent preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting operations (receivables/payables) and basic financial reporting helpful.
• Previous hotel PMS experience (OPERA, OnQ) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service to guests with prompt responses to questions and requests.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Enter revenue/expenses into the system and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Handle check-ins and check-outs and answer calls professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
