Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton in Orange County, seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out. You’ll handle guest questions, provide attentive service, operate the PMS, and contribute to memorable stays.

A high school diploma and prior guest-facing experience are preferred. Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced environment near Disneyland.

Qualificações

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems such as OPERA or OnQ is a plus.

Qualifications :

Education :

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience :

• One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred
• One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ
