Job summary

HHM Hotels in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, update records, and reset systems for the next day while performing Guest Service Agent duties.

You will audit cash, reconcile credit cards, prepare daily reports, check guests in/out, handle inquiries, and contribute to high guest satisfaction. This role requires a High School diploma and night audit experience; FSD certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to increase overall guest satisfaction.
• Observe safety practices and wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
