Job summary

The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, guest-focused, part-time Night Auditor to join its team. This hotel, located in Bloomington, MN, offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

The Night Auditor will ensure seamless front desk operations and accurate nightly revenue reporting. Ideal candidates have front desk experience, strong customer service skills, and comfort with MS Office and PMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• One year Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
• Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle computer problems that might occur during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
