Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a creative, guest-focused part-time Night Auditor to join our front desk team.

As Night Auditor, you will welcome guests, balance daily revenue, and ensure seamless operations for the next day. The ideal candidate has front desk experience and strong computer skills, with a commitment to hospitality at an upscale Marriott property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year Front Desk experience preferred.
• One year of customer service or guest-facing experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly address questions and requests.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and balance PMS reports for settlements.
• Make corrections and troubleshoot PMS and computer issues during shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances to generate daily reports.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and answer guest calls professionally.
• Provide service recovery to resolve guest concerns.
