Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor in Renton, WA. You will balance accounts, conduct nightly audits, and prepare daily reports while performing Guest Service Agent tasks. You will also handle guest check-ins/outs and respond to inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior night audit or accounting experience, with strong computer and Excel skills. FSD training within 90 days is desired.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Computer skills including Excel and basic arithmetic.
• FSD certification within 90 days of employment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and assist Guest Service Agents.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Strive to improve overall guest satisfaction and safety.
