Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor to provide overnight front desk support and ensure daily front office accounting accuracy. You will welcome guests, register arrivals, and help with nightly financial tasks using Micros and OPERA systems.

The role offers on-site work, flexible scheduling, and benefits including health insurance, 401K with employer match, and paid time off. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Must be flexible regarding schedule, based on business demands.
• Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions and responding to requests.
• Registers guests, verifies room requirements and issues keys.
• Balances credit cards and processes payments.
• Maintains guest records and room accounts.
• Prints reports and distributes to management.
