Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and manage city ledger reporting.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, reservations and switchboard as needed.
• Audit and reconcile daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Ensure accuracy of numbers and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Communicate issues to management and cross-train as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold hotel standards.
