Job summary

ZMC Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to work nights, perform closing reports, and ensure the security and smooth operation of the hotel while the team operates. You will handle guest interactions, reservations, and ensure accurate front desk processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Close nightly reports and ensure accuracy of front desk data.
• Maintain responsibility for hotel property and guest safety while on duty.
• Know reservations procedures, take and cancel reservations as needed.
• Greet guests during check-in with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with inquiries.
