Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry as a front desk agent or night auditor preferred.
• Experience with brand or property specific PMS, Quore, PBX and other hotel related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a friendly, professional, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Accurately answers inquiries from potential guests and accepts hotel reservations.
• Resolves guest problems and complaints efficiently with urgency.
• Responds to inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
• Balances accounts from the day shifts; ensures payments are on file and billing routed correctly.
• Completes cash transactions and maintains responsibility for personal bank.
• Ensures end of day tasks are balanced and properly reported to supervisor.
