Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Night Auditor for Residence Inn Austin South. The role covers overnight front desk duties, guest service, and accurate night-by-night accounting from 11 PM to 7 AM.

You balance daily transactions, produce reports, and work with other departments to ensure a seamless overnight operation. A high school diploma and one year in hospitality are required; college coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage overnight check-ins and reservations from 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Balance books, finalize transactions, and prepare accurate nightly totals.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure guest safety.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth overnight operations.
• Resolve issues using Windows, Excel, and Word when needed.
