Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise the hotel during overnight hours and reconcile daily transactions. You will ensure guests are served promptly and accurately post charges, while maintaining security and smooth shift transitions.

The role requires reading, writing, typing, basic tech use, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support nightly operations.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must stand for an entire shift and be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
