Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is hiring a Night Auditor for the Courtyard Reno Downtown/Riverfront property in Reno, NV. The role oversees overnight front desk operations, balances nightly transactions, and prepares daily reports to keep management informed while guests sleep.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 1 year in hospitality, supervisory experience a plus, and is comfortable using Windows, spreadsheets, and Word. Daily Pay is available as part of benefits.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books and finalize transactions. Ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and Word; able to troubleshoot on own.
