As a Hotel Night Auditor, you are responsible for overseeing front desk duties during the night shift. Duties include helping guests check-in and check-out, reviewing guest payments and other details from the day shift to ensure guests provided payment for their stay or any additional requests, and acting as a point of communication for customer needs. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for the property according to cash handling policies and procedures. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
