Reports directly to: Front Office Manager

Overall Job Purpose

Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all hotel operations designated during nights. The principal responsibility is the safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function.

1. Fluent in both Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Minimum 4-year experience in a similar role in a comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.

Preferred

1. Demonstrated ability to work with other Team Members.
2. Successful track record of working in a collaborative/matrixed environment.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
2. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
3. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
4. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
5. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
6. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
