Key Responsibilities

• Audit & Revenue Management: Generate and review daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy for food, beverage, and room operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Handle system issues, make adjustments, and input data for seamless daily operations.
• Guest Interaction: Provide prompt, courteous check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations and guest requests.
• Guest Satisfaction: Resolve guest concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• System Mastery: Process charges, settlements, and nightly reports accurately to maintain system efficiency for the next day.

Qualifications
