Job summary

ARK Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first contact and first impression for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a guest-focused mindset.

You will perform basic maintenance and administrative tasks, coordinate with departments to resolve concerns, and manage reservations via phone, email, or in person. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a guest-focused mentality.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required; all experience levels welcome.
• Proficiency with internet software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job description

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.

Compensation

$17 hourly
