Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Palm Coast - I-95 is seeking a night auditor to join our hospitality team. You will provide exceptional guest service while reconciling nightly transactions and preparing final bills after audits, and you will assist with front desk duties and reporting.

High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is preferred. Proficiency with computers and reservation/accounting software is desired; overnight shifts offer flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to hotel guests during their stay
• Reconcile credit card transactions, occupancy, room charges, final bill preparation and cash drawer after audits
• Perform front desk duties including reservations, check-ins, and responding to guest inquiries
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
• Assist with bookkeeping and administrative tasks as required
• Overnight shift with flexible hours

• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
• Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
• Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required

Compensation

$15 - $16 yearly
