Job summary

ARK Hospitality in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests and manage during the night shift. You will handle payments, reservations, and inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Join a team focused on hospitality excellence; training is provided, and there is emphasis on guest satisfaction. Physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds is required. Compensation is $15–$16 hourly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
