Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight guest liaison and handle the hotel's nightly financial reconciliation. This role ensures smooth operations from one day to the next and supports front desk functions during the night.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment. Familiarity with StayNTouch PMS is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers/reporting.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (StayNTouch is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night.
• Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Position Overview

• Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
• Perform light housekeeping or basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment

What You Bring

• Customer service experience; hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and reporting
