What You’ll Do

1. Provide outstanding service during guest check-in and check-out.
2. Respond to guest requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
3. Process payments and update guest accounts as needed.
4. Enter and update reservation information in the system.
5. Coordinate with other departments about room availability and status.
6. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
7. Close and balance room accounts.
8. Generate and distribute various reports.
9. Make account adjustments as necessary.

Education and Experience
