We are hiring a Night Auditor! Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, interacting directly with guests. The department operates 24/7, making each front desk role vital. Night shift associates play a crucial role in closing out daily operations and assisting guests during non-traditional hours, often working independently without management supervision. Your proactive, responsive, and caring approach will significantly impact guest experiences and safety, including monitoring for abnormal activity and weather-related issues.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing excellent hospitality by processing credit card transactions, handling reservations, and managing the front desk operations.
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability.
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures.
• Administering guest payments and checking for errors from previous shifts.
• Preparing folios for departing guests.
• Maintaining the lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed.
• Being familiar with all hotel emergency procedures.
