Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding guest service during check-in and check-out.
2. Respond to guest requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
3. Process payments and update guest accounts accordingly.
4. Enter and update reservation information in the system.
5. Coordinate with other departments regarding room availability and status.
6. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
7. Close and balance room accounts.
8. Generate and distribute various reports.
9. Make necessary adjustments to guest accounts.
