Job summary

Essex Hotel Management is seeking a driven Night Auditor for the Fairfield Inn and Suites Stony Creek to ensure financial accuracy and proper guest records during overnight shifts.

You will balance the day's transactions, prepare reports, process check-ins/outs, and assist guests with inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience at hotel front desk or accounting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites Stony Creek, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Night Auditor.

As a Night Auditor, you will ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest records during the overnight shift and provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out.
