Job Description

Join us as a Night Auditor, where your attention to detail and financial skills will ensure the accuracy of our nightly operations. You will safeguard financial integrity during overnight hours, perform end-of-day reconciliations, and facilitate a smooth transition between business days, supporting our establishment's success.

1. Conduct end-of-day financial audits, reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes during overnight hours, ensuring correct charges, payments, and guest information.
3. Prepare and distribute daily reports on financial transactions, room occupancy, and other relevant data for management review.
4. Assist guests during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for late arrivals or early departures.
5. Monitor security and safety systems, address issues as needed, and report incidents appropriately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Night Auditor or similar role.
• Experience at a luxury property is preferred.
