Job summary

The Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites is seeking a Night Auditor to maintain financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and serve as the point of contact for guest services to ensure seamless operations between shifts.

In this role, you'll balance cash and transactions, reset front office systems for the next business day, and act as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight, while greeting guests with

• Verify and follow up on wake-up call requests.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate actively in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
