Job summary

Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate revenue allocation, reconcile daily financials across departments, and complete required reports in a timely manner.

The role includes acting as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty during overnight hours, assisting with front desk operations, cash reconciliation, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Guest Service or Front Desk hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis.
• Verify and confirm the status of wake-up call requests, ensuring proper handling and follow-up.
• Balance and reconcile all cash receipts and transactions during the audit shift, and ensure cash deposits are made promptly.
• Prepare the front office for the upcoming shift, resetting systems and operations for the day’s business.
• Serve as a Guest Service representative and act as Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively.
• Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach.
• Engage in all training and cross-training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets.
• Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned by the leader
