Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to safeguard financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during the overnight shift. You will reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and serve as the on-duty point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless operations between shifts.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong communication. A background check is required, and the team offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within our hotel

Qualifications

• Guest Service or Front Desk hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation aptitude is beneficial.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel and company standards.
• Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.
• Prepare reports and act as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining continuity between shifts.
• Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.
• Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.
• Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.
• Participate in front office meetings and training sessions.
• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
