The department operates 24/7, making each front desk role equally important. Front desk associates are key to the overall guest experience. As a night shift employee, you will work independently without management supervision, handling closing duties and guest check-ins or check-outs during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant difference. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could affect our guests' stay.
