A leading hotel company is seeking a dedicated front desk associate for night shifts. This role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing transactions, and ensuring guest safety. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving others! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most interaction with our guests. The department operates 24/7, making each front desk role equally important. Front desk associates are key to the guest experience. As a night shift team member, you work independently without management supervision, responsible for closing out the day’s business and checking in/out guests during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant impact. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could threaten our guests' rest.
