We are looking for individuals who have a passion for serving others! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most interaction with our guests. The department operates 24/7, making each front desk role equally important. Front desk associates are key to the guest experience. As a night shift team member, you work independently without management supervision, responsible for closing out the day’s business and checking in/out guests during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will make a significant impact. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could threaten our guests' rest. If you enjoy working semi-independently, have a winning personality, and a high sense of responsibility, this role is perfect for you! Role Responsibilities:

• Processing credit card transactions and other charges (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
• Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Administering guest payment policies and reviewing errors from day shifts
• Preparing folios for departing guests in the morning
• Maintaining the overall lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed
• Being familiar with all hotel emergency procedures
