Responsibilities include:

1. Being available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.
2. Processing all check-ins and check-outs according to established hotel requirements.
3. Adhering to payment, cash handling, and credit policies/procedures.
4. Generating, printing, and distributing daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
5. Handling guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
