The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties while providing guest service at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, completing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. The role also involves attending to guest needs such as check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain guest security and create a safe, clean, and friendly environment.
2. Count cash and ensure the accuracy of the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
3. Check the front desk log for issues and special requests.
4. Greet guests, register, and assign rooms.
5. Process guest registrations and payments.
6. Prepare express checkout folios.
7. Maintain room status inventory.
8. Communicate shift information to relevant staff to ensure smooth operations.
9. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms as needed.
10. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
11. Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
12. Complete shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
