Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Virginia Guesthouse in Charlottesville is seeking a Night Auditor to welcome guests overnight. You will check in guests, provide information about the hotel and local area, and ensure accurate postings while maintaining security and cash handling procedures.

The ideal candidate has attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work 11pm–7am. This full-time role offers $21 per hour and the chance to grow within a growing, guest-focused company.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am.If you are a detail-oriented person who enjoys engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you!
