Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring at the Renaissance Indianapolis North for a Night Auditor to welcome guests during the overnight shift and ensure accurate front desk operations. You will check guests in, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, and maintain daily night reports.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• Must have hotel experience and overnight availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and manage front desk operations overnight.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local area to guests.
• Generate and distribute nightly reports and summaries.
• Follow Night Audit procedures, posting, cash handling, and refunds.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
