Job summary

Renaissance Indianapolis North, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will log guest details, handle check-ins/outs, and provide excellent service during the overnight shift (often 11pm–7am) on Fridays and Saturdays.

This full-time role offers a $17 per hour wage, 401(k) with company match, and bonus opportunities. Assist other departments as needed, maintain accuracy in daily reports, and uphold our commitment to guest

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out, ensuring proper credit is received and requests are noted.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and recover service gaps to WOW guests.
  • Promote and sell hotel programs and services.
  • Maintain house bank and post charges accurately.
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports.
  • Follow night audit procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate important information to the on‑duty manager.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am. Position will work every Friday and Saturday night, and be a full time position working 40 hours per week, or can be part time depending on candidate. Position eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), quarterly incentive plan and monthly attendance bonuses.

What you will have an opportunity to do:
  • Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
  • Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
  • Promote and sell special hotel programs.
  • Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
  • Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
  • Maintain house bank.
  • Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports
  • Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
  • Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
  • Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Compensation:
  • Compensation: $17.00 - $17.00
  • Full benefit plans, including 401k with a company match

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
