Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for The Bradley in Fort Wayne, IN. This front desk role requires guest-focused service, accurate cash handling, and strong knowledge of hotel amenities. You will work overnight shifts, welcome guests, and support other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure memorable stays for guests visiting the Fort Wayne area.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to make an impact on other people with an outgoing and engaging personality.
• Computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, register guests, and be a source of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience and provide exceptional customer service by being engaging.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information.
• Help resolve problems and recover with guests when things aren’t perfect.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs; interact with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain and communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty; follow night audit procedures.

Your Role

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in guests.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit is received, note and fulfill special requests, and establish accurate information.
• Help resolve problems and recover with guests when things aren’t perfect.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank; generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
