We are seeking a dedicated team member for our Front Office team. We are committed to providing:
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service during the overnight shift, managing front desk and accounting operations, checking in guests, answering phones, handling reservations, responding to guest requests and emergencies, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with forecasts and audits.
Ideal candidate:
Possesses 1-2 years of hotel front office or Night Auditor experience, attention to detail, a passion for guest service, prior Hyatt experience preferred, and strong computer, customer service, and communication skills. Knowledge of Otelier and Opera Cloud is a plus.
