The Relief Night Auditor balances and reports on various hotel areas (food and beverage outlets, rooms/front desk, gift shop, etc.) to ensure accuracy, adherence to policies, and fraud prevention. They respond professionally to guest inquiries and provide timely information and services, handling reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns both in person and via phone.
Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Accounting experience preferred but not required.
Skills: Proficiency with computers, cash registers, and calculators; strong numeracy; excellent guest communication skills; moderate hearing; good vision for CRT screens; and literacy for reading reports and numbers.
Majority of shift (90%) standing, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing in a climate-controlled environment. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
