Welcomes all guests at registration, checkout all guests in a professional manner. Assists in accurate completion of night audit processes, report packets and daily sales report. Assists guests with valet parking and amenity delivery as needed.
Responsibilities
Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of night audit report packs
Keep a log of all guest requests and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.
Deliver amenities, faxes and packages to guest rooms as directed by the Night Manager.
Assist guests with luggage and valet parking services as directed by the Night Manager.
Audit, balance and report on all food and beverage outlets (e.g. restaurants, lounges, banquets, room service) cash and credit operations to include but not limited to checks, over/short figures/tally sheets, deposits, counts, house charges, promotional materials, postings, etc. and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely information.
Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing. Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets for preparation of daily reports
Protect the assets of the property.
Follow policies and procedures in training manuals and employee handbook.
