Job summary

ARK in Burnet, TX is seeking a Night Auditor to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming atmosphere during night hours.

You will multitask with a strong guest-service mindset, respond promptly to concerns, prepare end-of-day reports, process payments, reconcile transactions, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused mentality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values.

Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
