Previous hotel experience isn’t required, but guest services and strong computer skills are valued. This on-site role offers a stable schedule with hourly pay between $13 and $14 and opportunities to grow within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with computers; reservation and accounting software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy, and cash drawers.
• Provide exceptional service to hotel guests during their stay.
• Coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests; respond to inquiries.
• Process additional administrative and accounting procedures as needed.

Our property is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our growing team of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

As a Night Auditor, you will assist guests throughout the overnight hours, manage front desk responsibilities, balance daily financial transactions, and complete nightly reports to ensure a smooth transition to the next day's operations. Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.

Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred.

Compensation

$13 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
