Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with a hospitality focus.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required; all experience levels welcome.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Proficient in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
• Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
