Job summary

ARK is seeking a night auditor to join our hospitality team in Dothan, AL. The role focuses on accuracy in nightly financial closing, guest interactions, and front desk coordination to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will compile reports, reconcile transactions, process reservations and check-ins, and support housekeeping and security coordination overnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college is preferred.
• Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred, but not required.
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required
