Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor, Supervisor, for Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA. This on-site, full-time role involves auditing the restaurant and front office systems, balancing nightly revenue, and coordinating cross-departmentally to maintain service quality.

The ideal candidate will have hotel/night audit exposure, strong math and computer skills, and excellent guest relations abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Ability to handle guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Able to input and retrieve information using a front office computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior hotel/night audit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform night audit operations and maintain financial controls.
• Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to ensure guest service quality.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and balance revenue and settlements nightly.
• Input revenue, expenses and allowances into the system for daily summaries.
• Ensure attendance and be available to work the scheduled shifts.
