Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure accurate financial controls and hotel standards. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to deliver quality service to guests, and prepare daily revenue reports and audits.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations using a 10-key.
• Ability to deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; adapt communication style as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing POS tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips paid out and settlements by type.
• Run audit reports/journals from front office system, POS and computer.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems during the shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset the system for next day operations.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
