Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in North Georgia seeks a Night Auditor to perform nightly accounting, maintain financial controls and ensure hotel standards are met. You will prepare revenue reports and coordinate with other departments to deliver quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a 10-key.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to input information using a front office computer system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals to break down revenue, covers, tips, and settlements.
• Run audit reports from front office system, POS, and computer.
• Make corrections and handle computer issues during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for the next day.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
